This is the larger of the two lakefront cottages, and is also equipped to handle a person in a wheelchair although not fully modified to be accommodating to all of a handicapped persons needs.
Living room and kitchen combine to provide a large area overlooking the patio area and Lake Nipissing.
The patio door is only a dozen feet from the beach with the west view affording great sunsets all year.
This cottage is also a three bedroom, with a total of four beds, two doubles and two singles by way of bunk beds.
