rates & layout
All of our accommodations feature these amenities:
Modern, clean and well equipped, including microwaves,
coffee machines,
quality linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels),
50+ channel cable TV with remote and VCR, local telephone, and gas fireplaces (except for
units 7,8, & 9).
What to bring:
Personal
items like shampoo, beach towels. Most everything else should be available in
your cottage
Corporate, 'off season' & multiple unit discount rates may be available, ask us
about the possibilities

rates shown are for high season
(June through Labour Day & Christmas through March)
Please call for off season rates
During the months of July and August we
usually rent full weeks only,
from Saturday
to
Saturday.
If a cottage is not booked/rented by the week as we get closer, we will
book & rent
by the night but will only do so a few
days prior to the date(s) in question
Important: We
have a 45 day cancellation policy for the summer
We are a small place and a
short notice cancellation is very hard to overcome

Rates are per cottage, not per person,
up to the suggested maximum number of guests
If you need to exceed the maximum,
additional guests are accommodated at $20 per day / $100 per week |

Dogs are accommodated at $15 per day/$70 per week
& must be cleared at the time of booking
Visitor's dogs are not welcome unless permission is granted by Torbay
You are requested to please bring your own beach towels

Our preference is to not see our Cottage towels used on the beach...
